We are Vincent and Tiesha Martin and we are glad you stopped by. We have four amazing children: Kyliee, Zy’ion, Za’khia and Azariah. God and family are the most important things to us, so we keep them first in all we do. 

Vincent, a Rockwall, TX native, has always had a passion for health, fitness and training. Throughout the years, he played football, ran track, wrestled and was a power lifter. With 12 years of combined  head coaching experience, he loves all things sports.

Tiesha grew up military, but participated in sports throughout her entire life. Throughout the years she played volleyball, basketball and ran track. Track has always been her favorite sport, and she earned a scholarship to run track in college at Wichita State University.

Our kids are all involved in sports and love fitness as well. Kyliee plays volleyball, Zy’ion plays football and he wrestles, Za’khia has a new found love for cheer and is on a competitive cheer team, Azariah loves to tumble and workout.

Vincent and Tiesha embarked on their own personal fitness journey several years ago and decided to share their love and passion for fitness with everyone, thus the beginning of Elite Athletic Training.
