Services

What We Offer

One-on-One

One-on-one training begins with a 30 minutes evaluation and discussion of goals. Based on those two factors, we design a program to accomplish your goals.

Offered as 30 minute sessions or one hour sessions.

Small Group

These sessions are offered to groups of two to four people. Similarly to one on one training, these groups are programmed based on the client’s goals.​

Offered as 30 minutes sessions or one hour sessions.

Program Design

Program design is available for those that want to workout on their own, but may need some guidance in creating the workout regimen. This is a great option to pair with one on one training.

Speed and Agility

During these sessions we cover warm up, balance, agility and speed specific drills. We always finish these classes with a strength based activity geared towards overall sports performance.

Strength Training

We begin each of these sessions with a warm up and then we transition into a weight lifting regimen. These classes are designed in 8 to 12 week programs.

Adult Fitness

This group is programmed in phases and encompasses a variety of workout styles. Whether you’re new to training, experienced or just need some motivation, this is the group for you.

Team Training

These sessions are closed to your team, and will encompass a variation of speed, agility and strength. 

Minimum number of attendees is required for these one hour sessions. 

Fitness Assessments and Goals

Fitness evaluations that assess your current fitness level, body composition, and health markers, along with setting personalized goals and tracking progress over time.
